Microsoft as announced it will update its Exchange Online SMTP relay validation requirements on 1st November 2023. All Customers using Inline Email DLP in Microsoft Exchange Online will be impacted. To mitigate the impact, Skyhigh has made a code fix and validated it and is in production. We will enable the fix by 30th October as readiness for the change that Microsoft is making on 01st November. Make sure that the domains configured in the Skyhigh dashboard (Email DLP configuration) are added to the Microsoft Exchange Admin Centre’s Accepted domains page as well. Skyhigh will continue to monitor post changes from Microsoft on 01st November.
